PACO is developed by Bob Evans at Google. "PACO allows rapid creation and iteration of experimental trackers. You can create a new mobile phone experiment in a matter of minutes on the PACO website. Once you save it, it is ready to download into the PACO Android app. You can keep your experiment designs private, share them with select groups of people, or with the world."
